PHM GROUP: EMBRACING CHANGE, ACHIEVING SUCCESS
In today's dynamic business landscape, organisations constantly strive to adapt, evolve, and thrive. At PHM Group Limited, we feel we’ve embraced this spirit of transformation over the last few years, positioning ourselves strongly in the market.
Transformation and New Areas of Business:
Change is inevitable, and we understand the importance of embracing it. Since 2020, the company has evolved significantly, not only in terms of services but also in its internal structure. Mirroring the wider changes seen in the automotive industry, we’ve expanded into new business areas, such as change management consultancy focused on the agency sales model. These additions have opened new avenues for us, enabling us to supply comprehensive solutions to clients' evolving needs and have further solidified our position in the market. We have set up dedicated content, learning & development, creative and project management and delivery teams to enhance the scope and quality of our work ensuring that we continue to evolve to meet the needs of our clients.
Like most, the past few years have presented us with challenges, but we have emerged stronger and more resilient. Our ability to adapt quickly and embrace remote work has ensured seamless operations and unwavering dedication to delivering exceptional results for our clients. The shift to a remote working structure has, not only been successful, but transformed how we collaborate and serve our clients, allowing us to support our commitment to excellence despite the absence of a physical office.
Evolution of Company Structure:
To streamline our operations and enhance collaboration, we've recently undergone a comprehensive reorganisation. We are thrilled to announce several internal promotions, recognising the outstanding contributions of our team members. Tom Carr has been promoted to Managing Director, giving Peter Hookham-Miller more time to focus on leading our organisation with vision and expertise. Cassie Howell has taken on the role of Client Services Director, ensuring exceptional service delivery. Lily-Pearl Ntofon and Chloe Eyre have been appointed as Senior Project Manager and Project Manager, respectively, overseeing successful project execution. Additionally, Ariana Heyes has been promoted to Senior Project Executive, contributing to our continued growth and success.
Introducing New Members:
We’ve also brought in more talent to drive innovation and support our competitive edge. We are pleased to welcome several new members to our team who have already made a significant positive impact on our business: Barney Butterell, with his experience in sales management, brings strategic insights into our client engagements. Andrea Redgwell's creative prowess as a Graphic Designer adds an artistic touch to our deliverables. James Robinson's skills as a Digital L&D Designer enhance our digital learning solutions, while Kate Radyn-Stewart's appointment as Content Manager ensures impactful content creation. Lola Orafidiya, as a Project Executive, supports our project management efforts, ensuring seamless execution.
The addition of these talented individuals to our team has already contributed to our growth and success. By expanding our workforce with professionals who possess not only the requisite skills but also a shared commitment to excellence, we have bolstered our ability to meet the diverse needs of our clients. The combined expertise, fresh perspectives, and collaborative efforts of our team members have propelled us forward, enabling us to deliver exceptional results and exceed expectations.
